Removal of rubber tyre (tire) marks from epoxy and polyurethane coated floors and from safety markings

  1. Sweep area of floor to be cleaned to remove dust and other debris.
  2. Ultra-Green Heavy Duty Rubber Deposit Remover CM700 may be used neat for very heavy rubber deposits and diluted with up to 4 parts of water to 1 part of product.
  3. Apply product with suitable sprayer or mop and bucket.
  4. Leave for a minimum of 5 minutes.
  5. Fit a cleaning machine (scrubber-drier that has a system to apply pressure onto brushes/pads) with stiff pads.
  6. Fill the tank of the cleaning machine with Industrial Hard Surface Cleaner CM712 diluted at a rate of 1 part to 50 parts of water.
  7. Drive at slow walking pace over the treated area with the rear liquid collector raised and pick up vacuum turned off, to apply cleaning solution and scrub at maximum pressure.
  8. Drive at slow walking pace over the treated area with the rear liquid collector lowered and pick up vacuum turned on.
  9. Allow the floor to dry.
  10. The used cleaning solution from the collection tank of the machine must be treated in a sewage treatment system.
  11. To restore a high gloss apply either High Solids Polymer Seal-Polish CM721 using a mop or spray, or Hard Gloss CM730 using a brush, roller or spray, once the floor is dry.
  12. Allow products to dry completely before using the floor.
